Joseph

Here's a picture of my hell-raising-middle-child Joseph. You can tell he's the middle child as he is covered in scars. He's giving me the thumbs up on a scarf I made him for Christmas.

Joseph was here last week visiting from Texas.

See Roni, I told you they love anything their mama makes.

So your saying I'm in it for life? Oye....but okay, it's is worth it! And I'm sure you can still see your baby boy in this young man.

p.s. my middle child is full of scars too!

My mom told me the first forty years of parenting are the hardest. Piece of cake after that, though.

Yeah, I can still see that little boy. The one stuck on the roof at age 5, the one who pulled the drawers out to form a ladder to sneak candy I thought I hid from the top cupboard. Once, he freed a bunch of rabbits from their hutches so they could play. It was worse than any cat fight I ever saw.

The middle child is not the engine nor the caboose so they tend to blaze their own trail.
